The seal that held in the dolly broke just from driving over train tracks. Recommend higher quality seals. That was $7 I did not need to spend for not using it.

Change your email subject from "Your order has been updated" to "Your order has been changed"!! I got an email right after I ordered online, so I didn't read it very close and didn't notice you changed the location of pickup, online it said trailer available. Went to location and had to go to another location out on my way to get the trailer, they said I had email and voicemail but I had no voicemail.


Only thing was truck had a strong smoke scent. Employee was very friendly and helpful.

I arrived at 1300 and waited to drop off my trailer. When no one came outside, I walked in (representative was not wearing a mask), and was told to drive it around the building and stop behind a regular car. After I drove around the building, the representative yelled at me saying I had driven the wrong way around the building and didn't stop where he wanted me to. I circled the building again (in the opposite direction against the arrows indicating the direction of travel) and stopped where he was waiting for me. I asked if everything was taken care of, and he said I was all set. The next morning I received a phone call at 0735 advising me that the trailer I dropped off after hours hadn't been properly accounted for, which indicated that he hadn't actually taken care of checking my equipment back in. This experience made me very disappointed in Uhaul and this location's service in particular.

It was great we had no complaints, I will also say that the service at the Uhaul Greenbriar Location was also excellent. When our normal propane place was unexpectedly closed, we went to get our propane tanks refilled at the Greenbriar Uhaul Location. The service at both places was excellent and the fact that you also refill propane tanks is a huge blessing.

Guy was totally rude and unreasonable. Truck wasn't even cleaned when I got in, but didn't have time to deal with the laziness of the staff. When drop came around the guy helping to sign the truck back in was the same rude jerk from the day before. He wouldn't listen to the reason why we ran behind today. Rude, disrespectful, and lazy ugh what a combo to have in an employee, got yourself a winner there U-haul *sarcasm implied*

Please speak to the young man that took receipt of my truck return. He has a lot to be desired for politeness and good customer service/good public relations. He did not greet me as I entered the building but rudely said, "can I help you" and because I did not respond immediately to his rudeness he kept repeating himself in a very obstinate manner. I held the truck key up in the air for him to see that I was returning a vehicle and he continued to shout out "can I help you". I responded back with a loud, "can you wait until I get inside first" (as I was coming in from the rain with my umbrella . I told him "no you can't help me" as I went to approach the person sitting to his left for assistance with my return. He snapped back with "he can't help you so how can I help you?" I don't feel that I should have to deal with this type of non professional behavior/conduct when doing business with your establishment. I have done business with U-Haul as a repeat customer for many years and I do plan to continue. But this young man needs training on good customer relations, for example, learning how to appropriately greet customers when they walk in the door.
