The people that worked with me were great!
RICHARD HI feel we had the run around. Went to designated place, which was not what i asked for. Then when we arrived to pick up truck, told us they did not have it available. Sent to another location, across town. Wasted a lot of time and our gas. Then the back door that lift up to get into truck, wiring broke. Had to wait at least one hour to have 3 repair folks arrived. We wanted to pack the truck that evening, but unable too due to timing of repairing door. Caused us to arrive at about 9 pm the next day to unpack. Very unhappy,
Kelley DThe person was helpful, however I just got a word of confirmation when i dropped it off. They said I would get an email, I did, but it would like some sort of paper trail. The location is super convenient however.
