Uhaul changed my drop off location without telling me, and wanted me to call when on the way, to tell me where to drop off. What is that. Very sketchy. I just dropped off at the agreed upon location, and it is not the locations fault, so i didn't want to hurt their review because of it.

Lady wanted to help but had no idea how the key drop off process worked. I read the instructions, but using the U-Haul instructions proved fruitless as the site could not determine my location on the phone even after allowing location on the app.
