No a happy customer! Rude at pick up. No dolly that I reserved! I had to drive 10 minutes to pick one up from another location!! Windshield covered in snow and ICE!!! Took me over 20 minutes to even leave because I cleaned vehicle myself.

I rented the 15-feet box truck on 1/15/2021. The representative only highlighted the mileage and fuel level on the contract for me to verify. I did not realize that he wrote the contract only for 3 hours instead of 24 hours. Later, when I realized later that he only put 3 hours instead of 24 hours, I called the office to inform them of the mistake. They gave me a hard time, and tried to charge me again for another day with the knowledge that they only give me 3 hours instead of 24 hours, and also wanted me to make another down payment. I had to rush to return the truck before close time just to avoid these additional charges they were asking me to pay. Note: My understanding is that U-Haul rental agreement is daily not hourly.
Employees at the front desk were not wearing masks the entire time! Even when I came to return it they didn't not have masks and I believe one of them was the manager I will never return to this location!!

The advertising was deceptive. But that had nothing to do with the location. That's uhaul's policy. I wound up Paying almost 4 times more than $19.95

The pick-up location in Chester was so much better than the terrible location in Crum Lynne where I initially reserved the truck and trailer but found out by accident when I called the location that a trailer was not offered there. So why when I went in person to reserve a truck and trailer did the person who made the reservation accept it???? If I had shown up and there was no trailer, I would have been very angry and walked out and never used U-Haul again. But, because the experience at Chester was extraordinary and the people there were so professional and helpful (especially Tay), that I will go back again and again to that location. The manage, Tina or Linda lied in me when she didn't service me. Our truck we rented on Oct 30 could have cost us our lives and she tells her manage I was rude. I asked for a partial refund on the truck. I like people with manners and good customer service. There was a young lady light skin looks mixed was nice, she needed some assistance but she handled herself well. When I contacted our drop off location and explained to them about my experience he advised me to call Chester where we got the truck from and that she will process our customer complaint, she was rude to him as well, she also was rude to my husband. We want a partial refund on your raggedy truck and the lady in Chester makes it sound like it's our fault when in fact that truck that we had came from NC. We sat in our car and watched her check the gas and mileage and that's it. I believe if she knew that truck just came from a long distance run, why would she offer that truck to us as we were going on a longer distance. I'm highly upset.

First, I reserved it to a nearby location where system showed an available 26ft truck. Then, they called me stating that they changed my pick up location... Which caused me to drive additional 15 miles! On the day of pick up 11/1, it was scheduled at 9 am, I arrived around 8:50 am, 6 more people lined up and after several central calls, the manager came in around 9:35-9:40 I paid 3 men for the labor and this location's unprofessionalism caused my paid workers to wait for 45 mins extra! I am requesting a refund for both labor and extra miles. 90$ for extra pay for labor and miles. email me at email@example.com
Stick to the reservation that was set the first time. I had my reservation changed 4 times because your company did not have any trucks in the location promised.
My initial visit during pick up was excellent. My drop off visit was totally horrible ! The two elder women at the counter become extremely upset and very much so hostile with me when I mentioned my concerns about my vehicle not being maintenance. The oil light came on about 15 mins after I purchased the rental. Had time permitted itself I would have taken back immediately. However I was on my work lunch break. Nonetheless the elderly woman went on to say that vehicle NO LONGER GET OUL CHANGES AND THEY ARE TO SIMPLY RESET THE OIL LIGHT. Welp any educated human on this planet would know without a oil change there is no good engine , without an engine there is no vehicle. Meanwhile she senselessly ramble on with a bunch of unknown common sense. CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE , INTELLIGENCE ABSOLUTELY NONE, TRUE DEFINITION OF NOT BEING SMARTER THEN AN 5th GRADER.
