The self checkout app did not work at check in or check out. I ordered a dolly and there was no dolly in the truck st pick up. I was told that I had to drive to a uhaul to pick one up. I was charged “overage” miles even though I had to drive myself to pick up what a uhaul representative forgot to add to my truck. This was a horrible experience.

Keep doing what you all are doing. Maybe have a little more trucks cause they're were only two on the lot. But over all very fast and friendly.

Have some kind of identifier to the uhaul parking area. There was nothing to identify where to park.

Although the service once a person became in involved was okay, the app was glitchy and did not work at this location. After attempting to call the manager I received no response and had to sit on the phone for hours with 7 different people. Hold then transfer, hold then transfer, hold then transfer. It was a nightmare. "Equipment was not assigned" according to the error message, Uhaul rep told me that the manager at this location never assigned the truck to me which was confusing since the truck was out front with the key in the visor. Very bad experience, likely will not use Uhaul again. Manager was nice enough to provide a discount, but nothing will replace the time wasted.

I never received the 2 furniture dollies I ordered. I clicked that I didn't authorize the payment and was told someone would be calling me within 48 hours. I never received a call and was charged over $300.00 for the rental. I will never again rent a uhaul truck unless someone is available at time of pick up.

Make equipment pick up available as close as possible to the customer. There really isn't a reason to make someone drive an extra thirty minutes to a different pick up site when the original u-haul site still had one available. When someone reserves a piece of equipment the different u-haul sites should coordinate and shift equipment closer to the customer.
