Pickup was easy but they need to improve on turn in. When I dropped the truck off the lady was not able process the turn in. She stated she had to wait for the clerk that signed the truck out.

AMY Swhen i went to get the truck no one was there and there was no key box also check engine light was on in the truck, radio didn't work and i got charged before i was done with the rental everything was wrong will never go back to this location even if i have to go out of my way

Colleen STruck was a little dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Seemed to be on its last legs too. Engine didn't sound the best while it was running, it weirdly downshifted when I was going down a hill, and the check engine light came on while I was returning the truck. But the location where I picked it up was great otherwise. Easy to find and directions for usage were clear and easy to follow.
