The person who helped me adjust my reservation did not know what he was doing. I wanted one-way rental for 130 miles and he set it up as local with 30 miles.

There was very poor cellular reception which made it difficult to check in with the U-Haul app. The app kept timing out and the check-in process took over an hour as a result. The location was changed last minute and we had to drive an additional 20 miles there and back, adding 40 miles to our trip. The woman in the store was kind and friendly, but couldn't help with the U-Haul, only provided the key once we checked in through the app.
Matthew TTrailer tire blew 30 min after P/U. Damaged my bumper and flattened my truck tire. Waited on the side of the road for a rep to repair/replace trailer. 4 hours later, rep arrived with the wrong part. Loaded and hooked up trailer myself. Location came out and took a picture. Returned and unloaded myself and placed back in the line up. Spoke to a person at this location, and advised he might want to give the trailer an inspection before it goes out to another customer.
Michael JMann, who did the paperwork seems confused and I kept asking him question as he was hooking it up cause I didn’t think it was accurate. He had no paperwork for me. He just wrote the number to the trailer down on a sticky note and gave it to me.
