Over charged me for their service and now I have two charges on my card and knowone is picking up all a sudden
Sade FThis location was incredibly out of the way, and was different than the one I initially requested for my drop off to take place at.
JAKE RFuel tank was provided at 1/8th gas, there were stains on the ceiling of the cab and what appeared to be a blood stain dripping down the windshield. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the dealer had me wait while he called his mom, and then called his friends to tell them about the party he went to the night before. My return was not processed for another 24 hours after my drop off.
MATTHEW AU-Haul was extremely dirty and customer service was sub-par. U-Haul also switched our pick up location without any notice whatsoever (phone, email, text). Overall really poor service and experience.
