I came in to buy more boxes, and the woman at the front desk was so incredibly helpful. She changed my truck to be picked up at this location, which I couldn't select online, and then she gave me a lot of detail and made me feel really comfortable about this part of my move. When I came to pick up the truck, the service was amazing and quick, and again, the gentleman that helped me was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with! I would highly recommend this UHaul location to anyone needing a truck.

I was moved to this location after my self.pick up was not done by another location. I then wasn't able to get into the reservation due to having a CA drivers license, which is probably something you should tell people. Considering people use uhaul to move, like from other states where they might have a different license. Thanks for wasting 45 mins of my time self pick up. Guy at dealeeship knew that was the issue right away which means you should probably fix the issue if it is well known.

They are all fuck up!! Except Cara she's so nice when i pick up a truck.. anyway, I dropped off a truck at the same day but they not checked it in. They gave me a reason that they had been waiting for a credit card security code but why they didnt call me they had my number. Besides that they charged me over!! Totally Different from contract that we due when we picked up!!

Make sure trucks are prepped with snow removed prior to customer arrival. We had to wait almost 40 minutes for the ice to defrost.

Unfortunately, the truck was not ready when I got there and I was the only customer. The initial truck they gave me had incorrect mileage so they had to switch it out for another truck. Overall not a bad process. I dont like to be hackeled by the guys on the street asking for movers though.

The rented truck ran well, staff at the front desk was courteous but wrote a wrong speedometer reading in the contract instead of 1184, he wrote 1180, this luckily I was able to discover while inspecting the truck before picking up and the staff (a gentleman) that attended to me at the truck side noted it also and asked me not to go back to the front desk, he assured me that he will take of it. He change the figure with an ink pen and initialled it. Anyways I ended up overcharged with the 4 miles. Obviously. I was only assured but no action taken. I ended up calling customer services and I got a voice message that it was rectified until I now find out I was charged twice. One with the total adjusted amount and another about $16 or $17 for which I have to call again. This is not convenient at all.

The man operating the counter was so efficient, even though he was all on his own with a line of ten people. Unfortunately, I learned that something happened to his coworker the previous night (he was shot). The gentleman working busted his ass on 12/15.

The van was well maintained but there was a lot of damage, Including to the mirrors. However, the damage was marked. Everyone was very helpful and I just worried about driving with the mirrors in that condition.

They sent me 3 separate invoices and tried to overcharge me by hundreds of dollars. They also charged me twice and the refund is going to take days to go back in my account. Everyone was really friendly and great but being over charged is incredibly frustrating.
