The self check in doesn't exist. I completed the process only to be asked to come in and REPEAT the process. And while the outdoor attendant was very pleasant, the associate behind the desk was a nightmare. Very rude and short. A process that could have taken 10 mins max took nearly an hour.

The lines to pick up are way too long - 40 minutes to get through 3 people. The pricing is opaque and doesn't relate to anything posted. Some of the staff develop attitude when they can't explain the pricing.

The girl helping me continuously went out of her way to make my visit difficult. She claimed several times that my reservation wasn't valid because everything was booked and it wasn't until I called customer service was I able to be properly helped. Ill never recommend this place to anyone.

Good experience. Was able to return my truck and trailer earlier than expected. Big discrepancy in what i estimated on the website in terms of costs vs actual. Almost 20% more than expected, which was strange.

Upon returning my vehicle, I was greeted and told that it would be checked in and I would be emailed a receipt. I did not receive my receipt until the next morning and it had charged me for a second rental period claiming that I had kept the vehicle overnight.

I never got the name of the man who helped me, but he was extremely helpful. Despite being the only person handling rentals and returns too, he had a great attitude. I just wish there were a couple more people helping him out so I didn't have to wait 30 mins to return the truck.

Why would I recommend this location when you're going to charge me two days rental when I'm an hour and 15 minutes late for my time back to return it? So for my one day and one hour and 15 minutes over that time cost me almost $140 you got to be kidding me it's a rip off I won't recommend this to anybody.

It would be nice for U-Haul to provide a list of requirements necessary in your vehicle to connect the trailer (ball hitch and 4 pin connector). I arrived with ball hitch but did not have the proper light connection. Resulted in a frantic drive around the city to get something installed last minute or find proper adaptor.

I had a mobile pickup reservation scheduled for 6am but was forced to wait for until 7am when the staff arrived In order to get my truck out of the lot because all exits were blocked. This was a major in incidence and the staff was friendly and quick, once arrived, but acted indifferent to the extent of my issue.


Worst customer service ever. The man checking me in was grumpy and did not share any info at all. I had ordered a 4 wheel dolly and when I saw it was not on truck he yelled he didnt have any more. He over charged me $630 above my quoted rental and when I questioned it he said thats what it was and if I didnt want the truck he had others that did. I resolved this with customer service on the phone. He also wrote down the wrong starting mileage which caused me an hour and a half delay upon checking the truck in. Everyone I delt with at U haul was very helpful except for this guy. He has no business dealing with the public.

Have more people helping check in. We returned the uhaul to this site at 1pm and then we were directed to return it somewhere else around 4pm. We tried calling the number on the text, but were on hold for 40+ minutes and then told to call back and then it was hung up. We went back to this site to confirm that it was returned and they were so busy so they said it was just fine, but couldn't get a receipt. Very poor service.

Mobile self checkout does not work properly. I kept going back and forth from in the office to the outside tent for assistance with the website. When I finally got my uhaul and was beginning to drive away, I was told that the uhaul I was driving was already promised to someone else. After having to return the uhaul due to that clerical error, I had to wait another 15 minutes to be issues another truck. Lastly the roadside service was a joke. I had an issue with the back door not coming down and request road side service, but it took them 2 hours to contact me. Luckily, I figured out how to get the door unstuck since the latch had to be moved, but this delay cost me about an hour in rental time and overall time to move. Please either revamp the mobile experience or get rid of it all together and add more resources to the road side assistance program.
