The manager Deloris told me on the phone when her employee called because we had an issue that she was at the doctor and she didn't have time for my shit. Sue was rude disrespectful and hung up on her employee who was trying to resolve my problem. The employee was very helpful however the manager Deloris was very nasty and rude.

I was amazed that the excellent service can courtesy of the staff. The last couple times I used U-Haul several years ago where bad customer experiences. This was the worst experience I had with u haul! The online self check in is a joke and waste of time! I had my reservation at 7am and I waited about 30 minutes after I started the online check in and I got no response! I went in the store! I had my reservation for 12 hrs! The general manager, D. Kirkland told me that I have to bring the truck in 8 hrs! I said how you can change my reservation without my confirmation! She told me that she called me and left a message! I didn’t receive any message and asked her if I ever confirmed the changes?? She then said that you were doing online checking l, right! Go and complete it! I will not help you! HOW IN THE HELL THAT IS POSSIBLE??! I booked my reservation online What’s the role of the store if the self check in is not working???!!!! I told her that I recoreded this conversation and I will call the costumer service! She finally agreed to complete the reservation after spending 15 extra minutes in front of store and on the phone with costumer service! My problem was not bringing the truck early! How then can change my reservation which I did more than 2 month earlier! I got the truck after 1h spending there! I brought the truck back after 3hrs! Another agent checked me out and sent me an online receipt! Two hours later the general manager called me on my cell! She told me that there is a damage to the roof of the car and I’m responsible??!!!!!! I was like I did the check out with your agent and she told bem sent me the final receipt after checking the truck!! Obviously I didn’t do any damage to the truck, and brought it as I received in the norning! Just imaging how hard is the moving itself!! Dealing with these extra headaches is really SOOOOOOO PAINFUL!! I had a good experience with the same store 2 years ago without any issue and this time I was totally disappointed!!! Hope someone fix these issues as it is really disappointing to the costumers!!!!
