I had no problems with the drop off of the truck. The problems I had were with the rental of a storage unit at this location. The staff was horrible on Sunday. Then the manager was horrible and unprofessional the next day.

The reservation was messed up. I reserved in country club hills. I got email with that address. Place out of business. No one told me address was switched to Chicago. Found out next day after searching for truck. Had to drive 40 extra miles. Then was charged for 3 days instead of 2. They told me it was 39.0p for 1 extra day cause originally booked for 1. They didn't say mire for insurance. Total came out to 304 yet bank says 309. What a mesd

Make sure locations for picking up trucks are open. I went to preferred location to pick up and it was closed by the City. Nobody informed me and I had to scramble to find a truck. I got one at 10am. Then I had to wait 1/2 hr for my truck, after I signed the documents. I was 1 1/2 hrs behind. This was not a pleasant experience.

The online check in process is not faster it's actually slower. To much time taken to upload id and verify and pictures of truck. Took about 15 minutes to finish. The location needs a lot to leave trucks as unsafe for staff and customers to conduct business on main street. App suggested leaving key in drop box but there was none so took inside. Staff was great. Cost is higher than it used to be and didn't even have for entire day.

Companies should pride themselves on customer service and it seems as though this company doea not. Upon walking into the place there was no greeting at all. I waited until the associate got off of her phone before assisiting me. During our interaction the short haired black woman asked me to sign a doc declining the insurance. After reading it for myself i said "im signing this because i dont want the insurance correct?" She replys thats what i said right. What type.of customer service is this? I will be contacting upper management.

The entrance to the building is not labeled clearly. Once in the building the entrance to the Uhaul office is not easily identified. The lady that checked me in was very rude.
