Passenger mirror wasn’t tilting, it was so hard to change the lane and passenger had to guide me eveytime so that I can switch lanes. I also refilled gas extra by half tank, hope you can give me discount on that and reduce my total price.

equipment was not clean. location employee could not help. customer service helped however the app did not work well. no pictures saved. the odometer reading was wrong so i ended up paying more for being honest on my trip miles. customer service never called back after the trip and charged me final amount even though i requested a review
Yogesh ATruck covered with 8” of snow when it’s 10 degrees outside and a little tiny brush to clean it off. Froze my hands and my wife’s hands getting it to the point where I could see to drive. Took 20 minutes.
David TPlease note there were 2 schedulings at an alternate location where there was no vehicle available BEFORE I even got to this location. 2 truck attempts had not enough air in the tires and were covered in 8” of snow. Third attempt worked but had 1/8 of a tank of gas. The counter person was unhelpful at best. Worst experience ever.
