MARY L.With it not being a actual uhaul facility but a auto repair shop/uhaul place it's kind of hard to get quality customer service ..so in turn the lady behind the counter is helping me and the people with auto repair questions so the wait time is horrible
Loretta R.They didn't even have the decency to clean the snow off the vehicle yet they went to the vehicle to collect data before I got in. They overcharge adding fees in that don't even make sense.I have never seen a U-Haul place ran this way and it's definitely not goin to be a place I ever rent from again!
