Truck had garbage in it when I arrived. The floor of the box truck was dirty. The employee offered to mop it before I left, but decided against it seeing it was cold and didn't want the floor wet and icy while loading. The manager also called and harrassed me and my wife several times begging for the dirty truck to be returned. Will not be renting from this location ever again.

When I return the Truck by mistake I over load the fuel $50dls. Will be reasonable if the company offer a refund or store credit.

The appliance dolly was not applied to my initial contract per my online reservation. We had to go back and add that which took extra time. The rep wasn’t very experienced and took forever to finalize paperwork. The online reservation-to-site process should run much more smooth than it does.

I was charged $25.00 cleaning fees for a small handful of Styrofoam micro fibers. Young girl asked me to clean & I did. Clearly visible to Security Cameras & other customers.. This is company credit cards..

It was reported stolen before and cops stopped me 2 times which took them a long time to verify the story the first time and second time was faster as they werebin the process of updating the record on their system. Want refund or compensation

Train younger staff to advise on where keys must be dropped off after hours. Please provide keys to padlocks kept chained at the back or advise your customers that we are not to use them for whatever reason.

I had previously reserved a truck only to receive a call saying that that truck wasn't going to be available a day before the move. But after I talked to someone higher up I was rerouted to another location to get a different truck. Keep in mind you're billed by mileage and the new location was significantly further away. To try to offset the cost they reduced my charges by .20+ cent a mile.

Put some fans in the ceiling so it wont be too humid and there could be more ventilation. Have more doors to pick up and drop off any stuff that needs to be storaged or take home.

The first trailer I hooked up to, the light was burned out, but this is a common thing with trailers. The process where we hook the trailer up and give my credit card all in the parking lot is SLOW. No winch on a car trailer? Face it, if the car ran, I wouldn't NEED A TRAILER!

I was originally going to rent the truck from another location. The hours were incorrect. We spoke with the answering service and were told we could pick up at 10 a.m. when i arrived there was no one there although the hours were posted on the door. It appears that someone did not show up to open the door. This caused me to have to reserve a truck at a location that was further out of the way from where i was making my move. Because of this i had to assume the extra cost of mileage and fuel usage and also wasted time.
