I was charged $25.00 cleaning fees for a small handful of Styrofoam micro fibers. Young girl asked me to clean & I did. Clearly visible to Security Cameras & other customers.. This is company credit cards..

Train younger staff to advise on where keys must be dropped off after hours. Please provide keys to padlocks kept chained at the back or advise your customers that we are not to use them for whatever reason.

I had previously reserved a truck only to receive a call saying that that truck wasn't going to be available a day before the move. But after I talked to someone higher up I was rerouted to another location to get a different truck. Keep in mind you're billed by mileage and the new location was significantly further away. To try to offset the cost they reduced my charges by .20+ cent a mile.

Put some fans in the ceiling so it wont be too humid and there could be more ventilation. Have more doors to pick up and drop off any stuff that needs to be storaged or take home.

The first trailer I hooked up to, the light was burned out, but this is a common thing with trailers. The process where we hook the trailer up and give my credit card all in the parking lot is SLOW. No winch on a car trailer? Face it, if the car ran, I wouldn't NEED A TRAILER!

I was originally going to rent the truck from another location. The hours were incorrect. We spoke with the answering service and were told we could pick up at 10 a.m. when i arrived there was no one there although the hours were posted on the door. It appears that someone did not show up to open the door. This caused me to have to reserve a truck at a location that was further out of the way from where i was making my move. Because of this i had to assume the extra cost of mileage and fuel usage and also wasted time.

The man who attended us for both drop-off and pick-up (I believe he is the manager) was very "friendly." However, it seemed there was no transparency throughout any of the process regarding price. I tried to ask several times when we needed to return the truck to stay within the base price without being charged again, and he just kept saying, "Well when do you think you will be done? When do you want to return it?" When we dropped off the truck, he did not even offer to show the price breakdown before asking to approve the charge. When it seemed high, I asked to please see the breakdown, and it turned out he was erroneously charging us for use of the dolly. I just did not appreciate at all the feeling like he was trying to get as much money as possible from us while trying to appear very friendly and accommodating.

The mobile pick up was a total fail midway through the process I wasn’t able to complete my reservation Which was earlier then they opened store I had to wait till someone opened store.

Changed my contract to a more expensive rate without notice. Falsified information on 2nd contract: mileage, gas incorrect with a cleaning fee attached. I turned in the vehicle 45min early and with a half tank of gas which was clearly more than 3/8 of a tank. Beware! Beware! Beware!
