I was never told that the location of my pickup had changed and went to the original place, then when they kindly took the time to look into it and tell me the new place, I rushed over there and the guy working the desk had the audacity to mention how he was going to call me because I was running late but I dont understand how I should have known the pickup place changed if I was never contacted
