My experience at the Rockwell location was exceptional , they accommodated all my needs. They were very patient with me considering this was my first time renting a U-haul. I had to reschedule twice and the service I received never changed, still warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Maria was great, a real asset to your company
Daniel MA chair and a shady spot in the waiting area would have been useful If you need everyone including seniors to scan their license on arrival to the facility office. I sat on the floor in the corner so I could scan and see my phone screen, lovely for a senior woman. Not everyone is young Uhaul.......

Marilyn KI spent one hour of my 4 hour rental waiting outside in the rain for the employee to unlock the store and give me the truck. The only reason the employee noticed me was that I was yelling on the phone in the parking lot about his incompetence. I used to have a storage unit at this facility and I got rid of it because of things like this, and because I noticed that employees were going inside my storage unit when I was not there. Find a different location
