MAURA BMy experience at the Rockwell location was exceptional , they accommodated all my needs. They were very patient with me considering this was my first time renting a U-haul. I had to reschedule twice and the service I received never changed, still warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Daniel MA chair and a shady spot in the waiting area would have been useful If you need everyone including seniors to scan their license on arrival to the facility office. I sat on the floor in the corner so I could scan and see my phone screen, lovely for a senior woman. Not everyone is young Uhaul.......
