Good service, plenty of parking. Great hours. The only hiccup was that the gas gauge registered 1/8th of a tank while the paperwork stated 1/4 tank. The attendant was very accommodating and instructed me to simply replace the fuel used.

The original truck was wet inside and they closed before closing time so we couldn’t speak to anyone to get our refund for putting gas in the original truck which was too wet to use and on E/ had no gas in it.

wilrover gHad lots of difficulty navigating the virtual pick up of rental. Needed an attendant to help with process.
William BI thought the location was fine, but I was extremely frustrated with the overall process of booking my reservation, and then not being told the exact location of where my truck was going to be picked up until the morning of my trip. This added three hours to my morning that would be completely unplanned, and therefore made me three hours later to my destination that I had expected. I would strongly consider going with another company rather than U-Haul
