Didn’t have the truck I ordered. No gas upon delivery. Had to go to two different locations and wait 30min to get a truck delivered that was still not the correct size. Charged me for the insurance when I told them I didn’t want coverage. Will never be renting a U-Haul again.

The staff or supervisor at this location needs to respect time and be professional. They should not treat customers like trash. They didn’t behave in a professional manner when I went to pick up the truck. They lied to me saying that give me 10 to fifteen minutes to bring you another truck which didn’t happen. It took about 40 minutes before bringing in the truck. According to the manager or supervisor he even forgot that I was picking up a truck at 9;30 am. They open late and I got the truck late. I ended up missing my appointment. All they were care about was getting money from my card. Please stay away from this location

Patricia CWhen arriving to this location, the uhaul we booked was not there. They did not seem apologetic that our reserved truck wasn't there and told us we could either take a smaller truck, wait hours to see if the truck would arrive, or look for another location. We decided that our best option was to just take the smaller truck because we were on an obvious time crunch with moving. It took almost an hour to actually get the keys to the truck, and we went to drive it, there was no gas. We immediately had to stop to fill up the tank, and had to load up several cars just to fit what we needed. We also rented the bigger truck size so we would have a ramp, but the smaller truck didn't have one which made moving bigger items and furniture more difficult. The best they could offer us is a small discount on the rate per mileage. So ridiculous and made our moving experience so much more stressful!!!!
Emma MIt was kool but I was over charged for miles .. I took pictures it was already 2 miles on there when I started .. but I was charged for them .. and I don’t like it
