Truck reeked of urine and was disgusting on the inside. Pickup location was vague and unhelpful.

Michael BI smelled marijuana when I walked inside to turn over the U-Haul truck.
Gary UI rented a dolly and was given a truck with no ramp. The transaction was done by a third party over the phone at the location. I was also charged for 30 miles when I only did 9 miles. I did receive a refund for the unused miles thru customer service.They had no tape, I had to walk thru water as cars were being washed, I had to wait until he call another person to get answers. I will never rent from this location again. If you rent from this place take pictures of the odometer before p/u and after.
