Make the online pickup and return process easier. I spent 30 min going through the steps dealing with poor app experience and then my reservation got cancelled during the referral research process which was ridiculous in the first place as when they did get in touch with my references they were merely asked if they could be contacted. Then when returning the vehicle it wasn't clear that I would have to go through a similar process or that I'd have to return the vehicle to the same location. I wouldn't have rented here if I had known that.

When I arrived at the location, the U-Haul truck was boxed in by several other vehicles, which required me to spend nearly an hour tracking down the owners of the vehicles and getting them to move it. Then when I opened it up, the dolly and tarps that I had paid for to rent were not in there, and I had to go through the entire move without them. All in all I do not intend to use a U-Haul anytime soon with this experience
Matthew CIt was a hassle to get the key as worker wasn’t very open to helping. He was by himself trying to run the gas station as well. But trying to communicate with him through a plexiglass window was a hassle. Hard to understand as is. Took close to 45 min to get the key. There was also poor advertising on how to complete the pick up. There were a bunch of confusing signs saying not a U-Haul drop off which makes it seem you’re in the wrong place. Just a very inconvenient location to streamline renting smoothly
Mason NThe attendant at the counter didn't know how to dispatch the truck and refused to accept that I had an emailed confirmation number. He claimed he didn't have a tablet, (that I had seen with my own two eyes on previous rental). He kept asking for a key code which didn't exist. Overall just refused to help or resolve the issue and turned his back on me to help other customers. Unrelated, U-Haul was having phone trouble that day, so it took almost four hours to finally get a help from three separate reps. The rep that was finally able to help me went above and beyond to fix the problem, this is definitely a location issue and not a U-Haul issue. Long story short my rental was changed to a 24/7, which required an app download, biometric consent and a ton of extra work for me, which I don't love, but it got done. For best results use the app when renting at this location.
Joell HTire pressure was low, had to stop at full service UHaul to inflate. Wiper blades were missing had to be replaced. I reserved a 9 ft van for 6 hours and they did not have it reserved for me. Had to get a 10 ft truck and UHaul charged me more than quoted. Bait and switch.
