When I picked up the truck, I noticed that the hand trucks (dollies) and moving blankets were already loose and unsecured in the back of the truck. I did not use any of these items during my rental. Additionally, the cargo area was very dirty when I received the vehicle, with debris and dirt already present in the back. I am documenting the condition of the truck at pickup so there is no misunderstanding regarding the equipment or cleanliness. Since I did not use the dollies or moving blankets, I should not be charged for them. Thank you.
