I downloaded the app like you wanted me to do, but it couldn’t find my referrals or me in the system at all. I was supposed to do a lot by way of the app for preliminary verification but couldn’t because it always said invalid info from me which caused me undo stress during my already stressful move. But it all worked out and I am thankful for your service.

MICHELLE CAlthough it seemed kinda ghetto, it was brightly lit. I shouldn't have been doing this in the dark! The delay made it that way!
Lena LWas way overcharged, went during business hours and no one assisted me. I might as well done the self service. Just not what I expected.
ANNETTE BI had to change the pick up time to after hours and asked if it was okay. The girl said yes you're fine. When I get there--never got any instructions for access and had to wait until the next day which conflicted with my move-out dates. Of course the guy at the counter helped me to the best of his abilities, but then I still got over charged for other random things not explained.
