Owner came out to greet me made sure I had everything and checked me out quickly. Then later called me directly to confirm a detail that seemed out of place. Excellent service above and beyond.
Edward SThey had the odometer reading marked as 9 miles less than what it really was so even tho we only drove 12 miles in total they’re trying to charge me for 21 miles! The odometer was 63515 at the start and 63527 at the end and I have photo evidence of this! Trying to charge me an extra $40!! That’s complete bullshit. Everything else went fine.
Danyelle FWe returned the vehicle during business hours but there was no one at the location so we followed the printed directions and took pictures of the vehicle at the location for date and time stamp.. We later learned there was a special circumstance that prevented personnel from being at the location: this would have been good information to have prior to returning the vehicle. We did call U-Haul at the time to let them know the circumstances of the return.
JUDITH NI left in an important document in the truck. I returned to the store received it in no time I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. That’s trying to move in or out of state or move in town. Very hospitable, kind, and professional.
