The employee at this location seemed to not know how to process the transaction however he was on the phone with someone who helped him so overall, I would say my first experience at that location was average, but I’m sure it will get better

The only problem I had was that someone had syphoned gas from the U-Haul the night before I was supposed to pick it up so I picked it up with an empty tank. Maybe better security at the locations that hold the U-Haul trucks would be a good idea.

EDWEN LCould have better signage to see when driving by, had to turn around and check the address but once I entered the address all was great.
