This Chilhowie location was excellent, within minutes of getting an unexpected call and appointment he had the truck and trailer ready to go and connected. Very friendly, attentive and caring. I’m very grateful for this chilhowie location, they are a great representation of the company if I could give them 10 stars I would. As far as my original location the Ez-Mart in Damascus VA I wouldn’t recommend those people on my life. The people who run that don’t know their ass from their elbow, no communication, late, rude, and had nothing ready to begin with on top of the late part. They are rude as hell and quite honestly the they are disgusting people with a nasty building with a gas station that don’t even have no gas and shouldn’t be representing u haul at all

The issue wasn't the location, it was the Uhaul services which were down on Saturday. I couldn't use the app, couldn't check out the rental nor check it in later in n the day. The dealer also had problems so we assumed Uhaul systems were down.
