The guy was an idiot he was nasty on the phone an I told him to stop yelling at me an said i wasn't going to charge you for an extra day but now I am. I told him I dont no my away around chillicothe so I dropped it off at a u haul place he got pissy an said it was the wrong place an hung up on me..I will never rent from jon again he needs anger management classes..he charged me an extra 111.00..which is ludicrous..that guy has issues..he's a mo fo rip off..

MARLA LThis is a business that wants to have a UHaul location that is strictly a ‘self serve’ location. Young lady did her best, but the owner wants to focus on his store-which is fine. I will look for another location next time.
