Location was congested and difficult to pick up and drop off. I ordered car hauler on line as I have three other times in the past year from Rome, NY location. I ordered and my son was paying as the move was to his benefit. Payment was to be made on pick up. My credit card, on file only for reservation purpose was charged by the location. I was also charged an extra day for early pick up and insurance fees. I turned down all insurances offers and set time for pick up to 9:00 am on line . We were there at 9:00 but because they were busy we couldn't get out of there until 9:45. My son was handed a receipt and told to get started with pick up. He assumed he would be going back in for payment. He did not explain this to me about 15 minutes later and was confused with the process. When I saw the receipt I immediately called the location and was told they would see what they could do with Corporate. It took me several days to get it all fixed by calling Corporate myself.
