This location was not the location we chose when making our reservation and was about 30 miles out of our way. The owner/manager was friendly but not well versed in the computerized operation and had to call support for assistance.

Dropped off unusable trailer after hours
Brian JLocation owner did not use 24/7 mobile pickup and key was not provided until 1 hour after scheduled pickup time.
PAUL MThe employees at this location were great! The lady I spoke with on the phone (Tanya) who told me to get my truck from Christopher was not very helpful. There were definitely better options than my going all the way to Christopher Illinois but she did not bother to tell me any of them.
