Everything was great and fast. Person who helped me was, patient , friendly, communicative, and really great sense of humor. I dont think they need to improve anything, excellent service.

The truck was dirty inside and we ended up cleaning it before we placed our belongings. When I told him about it when I returned it, he essentially said I was lying. It’s not good business to accuse customers of lying. Also, the facility is not well kept.
Javier AMake sure the gas is at the level it is supposed to be at, truck was a little dirty, the brakes were squeaking and it took a long time to brake. Very scary experience.
