While the hours of operation were until 7pm on Saturday, when we arrived with the truck there was no one at the facility and no clear directions on where to park the truck. We ended up doing a drop-off, but this is not what we had signed up for.

Do not use this U Haul. The location is different than the one you are given. The woman on the phone either couldn’t speak or wouldn’t. A terrible experience
LIAM SI am not happy at all , U-haul is charging me as I drove the truck 2064 miles , I did not that , this not right . you have a problem on reseting , reading the odometer and now you are charging to me that it is unacceptable. I drop the truck and put the keys on the box , I did never imagine that this will happen . I am asking you to correct the invoice and return my money back canceling the transaction on my credit car and charge what it is the real and far charges . I am sure you know that this is wrong , rent the truck on July 31 at 11 am and return August 1 at 2 pm , even if I drove the truck without stopping , taking a break for the 27 hours that I rented can not make 2064 miles this is bad , please correct ..... thanks , Raul Moliva
RAUL MFirst truck was on empty and had a check engine light on. The equipment I ordered was not included with the truck. Second truck was not clean.
