My confirmation email sent me to an Exxon station at 735 W Division St to pick up the truck. When we got there at the appointed time, we were met with "Do you see any trucks?" He then told us to go to a BP station on Elston. We called the BP who said they had trucks, so we went. When we got there we were told "those are all reserved". We were then sent to a Mega Church in Cicero, 10 miles away to pick up a truck. Our pickup took 2.5 hours in total from the time of our requested pickup and as a result, we didn't make our elevator reservation window.

ERVIN TWhile the hours of operation were until 7pm on Saturday, when we arrived with the truck there was no one at the facility and no clear directions on where to park the truck. We ended up doing a drop-off, but this is not what we had signed up for.
Anthony ODo not use this U Haul. The location is different than the one you are given. The woman on the phone either couldn’t speak or wouldn’t. A terrible experience
