These guys where great it was the last day of the month of very busy day for last minute mover I had reserved a pick up truck by the way it was the only thing that any location had available for that day. The pick up truck was not returned on Time but these guys made sure I was able to get in a truck and moved and thank you so much

had paid for moving blankets. asked if they were in truck already - they said yes. When i got home there were none. Called for reimbursement right away, but that message was not passed on. Had to call again to relay to manager. Have not heard back at this time

The sales rep. Told me i had to pay a deposit even though i had a card on file. Returned the truck to a different location only to find out the sales rep Joey stole my deposit and it could not be returned. We had to drive 50 miles back to the location we received the truck from. Where we watched and heard the sales rep joey lie to his manager stating he did not take a deposit from us. I do not recommend this place at all!!

I was notified less then 18 hours prior to pick up that my uhaul wasn't available at all in my area and would have to go to another state to get. Only miles added and no apologies or anything. I had to pick up 5 hours later then set up for which caused me to have no help so had to move 26ft uhaul with only one other person. Nothing was offered to make up for not having and I believe something should have been offered. This was a move due to death of parent so hard enough without this confusion. I'm not sure if will use again in my opinion poor customer service.

I would recommend this location BUT not the Gilbert Avenue location. There was a motorcycle trailer marked available at this location. When I got there, that trailer was there and unlocked.I requested to rent it and I was told I could not. Apparently the trailer was marked as stolen but had since been returned but not entered back into your system. My suggestion is that your trailers be locked up so they can’t be stolen and paying customers like me don’t have to be inconveninced by having to drive across town. The male employee was pretty trashy and unprofessional as well. Again, the dalton street location was perfectly fine. Thanks.

The staff went above and beyond! I needed a wiring converter that wasn't in stock, so one of the staff jumped in a truck and got it from another location. I couldn't be more pleased! Give them a pat on the back for me.

My order included both furniture and appliance dollies. I got home and found neither in truck. My wife went back to store, and only got appliance dolly, no furniture dolly, even tho I had spoke with a rep at store before she got there. The rep spoke as tho he was looking at my order in the system, so he should have been able to give my wife correct items when she got there. I used the utility dolly already on the truck so I could keep my $150/hour movers working while my wife was getting the two correct dollies. I did not feel like sending my wife back to the store a 2nd time to get the furniture dolly. We made due without it. I wanted to make note of these points so that my order is not charged for extra usage of utility dolly, or for a furniture dolly not being on truck when returned. I wasn't told beforehand about the 99¢/mile rate that would be added on after I returned the truck, it cost significantly more than I expected to pay from the last time I used Uhaul.

On-line registration was confusing ended up getting me for an extra 25-30 dollars. Had to go to a different location to pick-up the rental. When I dropped it off at a different location where the on-line registration instructed me to do the manager looked at me like I was nuts for dropping it off there and not the place where I picked it up at. same crap as the last-time I used U-haul. Should have known better than to use U-haul rental again.

We were scheduled for an 8 am appointment at a location that didn't open until 9 am. When the location did open, the manager ignored customers at the front desk. I was not waited on until 9:30. The vehicle had a broken tail light and right blinker - we discovered this almost half way through our 5 hour trip across the state. We did not receive the dolly that we requested. I even specifically asked just before leaving if the dolly was taken care of, to which manager replied "yes". We were still charged for it. Manager was generally rude to my wife. I will not be using uhaul in the future and will be blasting your company on social media while telling friends to go with Penske or Budget in the future.
