I rented from 9am and returned at 6pm. The location closed at 2:30 pm. I did the after hours return on the app. They charged me for two days instead of one. They also added insurance which I had declined.

The address was spray-painted on a concrete block. Fortunately, they were two Uhaul vehicles to identify it being a location. There was NO overnight box to drop the key. Fortunately, an employee late in the evening willingly accepted my key. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL LOCATION THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN RENTING A TRUCK OR CAR rental. ZERO STARS.
