I arrived at 9:00 am as scheduled, but they didn't arrive until 9:45 am. This caused me to be late for my appointments. Very disappointing.

MURIEL MWorker told me he was going to find a way to make me pay an extra hundred if I didnt have U-Haul back by 8:30 U-Haul had extended it for me an extra day. They charged me over a hundred and said I brought it back dirty and it smelled like smoke. I sent pictures in after it was clean and I don’t smoke. What happened to the pictures that I send in this was wrong. I can’t believe that u-haul let him get by with this
