Upon entering the vehicle the low tire pressure warning, the low windshield fluid warning and the change oil soon warning all came on. The cab of the vehicle was filthy. I went to my own vehicle and retrieved some cleaning wipes to wipe down the steering wheel, gear shift, and door handles so at least the surfaces I had to touch were cleaner. I had noticed in the office that there was a sign telling customers to return the vehicles clean to avoid a $25 service charge. Clearly no one actually checked on this particular vehicle after it was returned (and the filth did not look like it came from just one renter - it appeared as though it may have never been cleaned in its 129k miles). On the plus side, the man running the office did come out and put air in the 2 rear tires for me before I left. Also, the location was convenient. I know these vehicles end up in all kinds of different locations so it blame may not be fully on this location, but a quick turning on of the ignition after the last renter would have shown at least the tires needed air and to fill windshield wiper fluid.

MICHAEL Mthet charged me a $25 fee for not cleaning the back - when it was already clean
LEVI TI checked the rental cost for truck and equipment online before verifying by phone. At pick up, the location didn't have the flat dolly, only the appliance one, which of course, costs more. An additional help is to let the customer know they should use the link provided via text to check and log any issues you see BEFORE leaving the lot. I didn't see that text message until we were on our way back for drop off. The customer service group were professional and easy to work with. Clear with explanations to questions etc. We've rented from this location before and I suspect, if needed, we'll contact them at a later date. Thank you
