--Van was parked behind building. Space to get the vehicle out was too small putting me in danger of damaging the vehicle. This was HIGHLY concerning to me. --Language was a problem with the clerk. --Hard to find. --Overall, below my expectations.

MICHAEL FMy only thing is when I called there to just confirm I had a truck reserved, no one answers the phone after multiple try’s. Other than that, it was a good experience.
ERIC SThe problem wasn't the location but the experience with U-Haul. The proces is ridiculously long & unacceptable. I started the process at 2:45 & put in all the information needed which took time only to get to the rental place & have to start all over again & take pictures in the dark. This made me late & other people were counting on me. I will not use U-Haul again & will not recommend to anyone.
