Last minute rental and I was in and out. I would highly recommend this location and Ramsey was great too. I wish everything in my life had gone so easily.

Quick and easy
Vishal PThere were hubcaps in the car. I had to go get and drag my own Dolly from a building. The attendant let several customers bypass me in order to get them out of the way before dealing with me. This delayed my entire process by some time. The facility was chaotic and the process wasn’t much better. The fee transparency wasn’t there either. I was charged for the additional insurance when I said no thanks and would like a refund for that portion.
KENE OAfter having to change drop off locations as the original location was closed, I had to drive down the road to this new drop off location. I explained to the representative that the gentleman in Cleveland said that I just needed to refill the gas tank to 3/8 full (the gas indicator also said that I had 143 miles remaining on the truck). Before dropping the truck off I added gas to above 3/8 full (the gas indicator said 164 miles remaining). I explained all of this to the representative at the Madison Quickstop and he said he understood and we were all good. Later, I looked at the final return agreement and it identified that a had a charge of $12.60. That charge later showed up on my credit card. The $12 is not the issue, but that the representative took advantage of me. I would not recommend either locations.
RODGERS GVery bad . Or reception working good guy, but this guys don’t know how works this . I have appointment on 12:30 and I come in time . This guy try go to computer but it’s not working , he try text to his Manager , but this guy answer one time in 15-20 minutes , I am try contact support , but it’s not working . Guys in store says system down. I am been there for 2:30-3pm. After this guy say you can take it trailer , and I am make it picture I give to this guy my licence and he make it picture and make it picture of my car. On trailer not working right turn signal . On the next day I am sleeping at 7am , and some number call me , but am sleep and not answering. After this number text to me if you not contact to us in one hour we will report about trailer . I call back this guy say look I am sleep it’s early , I say it’s not my problem what your system not working . This guy say you can pick it up trailer . It’s very bad , I don’t like this manager I don’t like this situation , and next time I think twice rented trailer or go to different place
