The store was actually closed up - didn't look like it had been open for months. I was moved from a local location to one about 25 minutes away and then when we got there, it was closed and we had no idea how to get the keys. Had to make a call and use the app which was not 100% useful.

The scan and go self checkout from the UHaul app did not work, so getting my truck ended up taking 45 minutes on the phone with UHaul, and required re-entering info already on my reservation. AND, the dolly that I reserved was not on the truck, leaving me without a key piece of equipment that was mandatory for my rental. It was very disappointing and very frustrating.
