The owner of the place was the rudest person I have ever met. My first interaction with him was him saying “I don’t know what was so hard about reading the sign” and then i said i did t see anything that said u-haul, and then he said “do i have to go over it with you like a little fucking school girl?” I then said “stop, just stop” Very unprofessional and unbelievably rude. I would never recommend using this place for a u-haul or for purchasing furniture. The location is called Furniture Connections.

Trailer was not road worthy. Had to delay our trip because a tire had to be changed. U Haul corporate was very responsive about getting a crew out to change the tire, but the trailer still had other problems. Trailer was very loud and bouncy while being towed. Over heard an employee say that the local U Hauls like to get the old equipment out of their system and use 1 way rentals to do that. This trailer should not have been on the road.
Mark HOur drop off experience was very stressful. We didn’t know it was self service. The building was locked. No one around. We didn’t know if we should just leave it in the parking lot. Plus since the manager had hooked it up to our vehicle, we weren’t sure how to get it removed. We are 2 women in our mid to late 70’s. Someone pulled in with a truck and helped us remove it. We called Uhaul and customer service walked us through the return. What should have been an easy process like we had in picking it up, was definitely not! We prefer personal contact and help.
