How about you don't reroute customers to a location I did not pick? I have never had a accepted reservation moved to a different location to make it easier for the provider. This is like saying I reserve a room at a hotel and they they say sorry we had a lot of walk in business but we have room on the other side of the city at our sister hotel. I rented this thing at a particular location because it was close to where we were. I am the paying customer. You should be catering to my needs, not me catering to yours. Unless of course you'd like to reimburse me for the fuel used and the inconvenience of driving 30 miles out of my way.
