When i went to pick up my truck, there were no keys in the lockbox, had to wait on hold 1/2 hour on the phone to get a new truck. I had already been charged for the original truck, but then had to go with a much larger truck which took more gas. I discovered when locking the door that the passenger door lock had been drilled out. When I went to return it the next day and advise the lady at the desk about the missing keys for the original truck, she acted like the keys had been there all along. I have pictures showing they were not. Closer to me, but will choose another provider next time.
