I have rented many moving trucks. This U-Haul location is BY FAR the best experience I have had renting a U Haul. Bobby and his wife Cyndy were very helpful. They explained everything to me. They helped so much with the tow dolly. They were kind and efficient. Best Truck rental.

I recently rented a truck for a one-way move. The folks at Gold & Silver Exchange made it a fantastic experience. They answered the phone when I called, confirmed my equipment reservation, answered other questions I had, and were SUPER efficient in the check-out process. (AND there were NO surprises in the billing). I highly recommend them.

DWIGHT SBobby at the Gold & Silver exchange is awesome. He went the extra mile for me. I called on a Saturday looking for a specific uhaul trailer. He didn't have it but he found one on another lot and moved it over for me. The next day I rode my motorcycle down to GA to purchase a truck and then needed the trailer to haul my bike home. I was running later than expected but Bobby assured me it was no problem. He even stayed late past closing time for me on a Sunday afternoon just so I could get the trailer. It was an excellent experience for me. Great communication and top notch customer service. Thank you Bobby! Next time I'm down I may just have to bring some silver with me too. He's always buying!
