Very professional and helpful! My equipment was prepared and ready when I arrived. When my truck was stuck in an embankment. I called U-Haul roadside. U-Haul said it would be $450 to recovery tow and $100-200 to cancel tow. Within 3 minutes of ending the call, I became unstuck. I called to cancel and was disappointed for the cancellation fee. I explained the situation to the owner of this shop and they kindly help me avoid unnecessary fee. I certainly rent from them again! They are professional and decent people. The only suggestion I have is if you rent the 26’ truck. Have a spotter. It can be difficult to get in and out of lot.
