The experience with pick up location was great. Extremely friendly, nice people to work with. The trailer however, was junk. The inside walls were extremely dirty and there was a hole in the floor where a bolt or screw was missing. The latch in the door was rusted and very difficult to use.
Alison BThe charged me wrong. It was suppose to be a one way rental. I had to take it all the way back to same location then they charged me 15 dollars for insurance that I declined. This experience was awful
