Everything was great, no issues at all.
TREVOR RI was told to inspect truck for damage that was not already marked with a sticker. I found a deep scratch and told Jack. He didn’t even come out to look saying it was fine. I was afraid I would get blamed so he said just take a picture of it and I would be ok. The truck was dirty inside like gross with food crumbs and grime like it had not been wiped down in a very long time. I cleaned the surfaces I had to touch myself. I did not rent a dolly but there was one in the truck. I did not need or use the dolly and returned it with the truck. Finally the ac/heater in the truck has a faulty blower motor or diverter box. The air worked intermittently or not at all. I will say Jack was very nice and helpful with the rental process.
