Jack didn't ask me enough questions about my equipment needs and also insurance needs. I wanted to rent an appliance dolly and buy some storage bags. He had the contract written before I could ask about other items. My recommendation is for Jack to ask the customer about extra items they might need and not assume. Other than that the experience was good.Jerry H.

The hood was not completely closed and it rattled like hell for 500 miles until we realized what it was. We also told the man no insurance our Geiko would cover us. We were charged insurance and it overdrew our bank account. uhaul credited it back but not before my life insurance and cellphone bill bounced costing an additional $50. I told uhaul they didn't care. We only needed a uhaul truck and trailer to transport our van that had broken down on a return trip from California. We were on a tight budget and y'all only made it worse causing more stress. We have rented from uhaul many times. This was a horrible experience.Wlliam S.

U-haul moved my equipment to another location without any communication. The new location is un-manned. What a night mare trying to pick up my tow dolly. U-haul ended up transferring my reservation to Jack's. When I reserved the dolly on line, I denied the insurance. When Jack's did the paperwork, the insurance was added. I did not notice till later. I was tired of dealing with this, just wanted to leave. I don't blame Jack's. It was U-haul fault. RussRuss W.

Had to go to 3 locations 2 find the 20 ft I had reserved jack was only one who had a 26 ft truck. Made me wonder why a reservation??? Truck was full of dried mud had to buy tarps to cover floor as I was hauling bed room stuff. Running lights in rear out no r signal or brake lights. Overall experience not impressed actually it was a pain in the adsGary H.

I rented the trailer AFTER 3 o'clock but because Jack closed his ELECTRONIC business at 2 he wanted it back by 2. It arrived after 2 the next day. Jack does NOT have cameras to see if the U-HAUL equipment had been brought back. He did not return to his business all weekend until Tuesday. Jack never once told me that if I returned the trailer after 2, to check it in online. So I didnt know to do that. He then charged me for 3 days, 3 of which, I did NOT have it. And has not given me any sort of refund.Angela G.
