Unfriendly unhelpful woman at the front desk. Told me if I didn’t like it I could take my business elsewhere! Then handed me back my credit card and ID . I should have left and ran to Runway storage instead as Paul is always warm and welcoming. Paul used to be at storage sense the place has gone down hill since he changed locations. Storage sense is not a good place for uhaul anymore unless they change their attitudes towards customers.
