The cashier changed my reservation to 6pm instead of 4 hours. It was 6.5 hours. He charged me for gas when I actually put gas in the vehicle. When I told him to refund me for the unused hours and the gas. He said he will not and it doesn’t matter how long I use it that when I use it I should have taken it for the day. I told him to refund me for the unused miles he told me he can’t do that either. Scam

CHRISTOPHER TMay want to consider doing something about the phone answering service. I was not able to talk to anyone before dropping off the equipment. All I got when I called was a recording saying the mailbox was full and to get another extension, which I wouldn't was not available to me.
