This place is creepy. You just park the truck in the wood line. Seems like a run down old shop. Like the start of a horror movie.

It took 21/2 hours to get my truck and I lost all my help to load my truck because of it so I had to load it with my 80 year old mother and I had to make an additional trip because of it
Andy DAttendant did not acknowledge presence, taking upwards of 10 minutes. No guidance provided for drop off. Location differed from desired drop off location.
DANIEL LThey offer a dolly. I didn’t revive the dolly & then when it was time to turn it the their amateur GREG didnt answer to help get my money back for the dolly I didn’t get bc they where busy and only have. 2 worked working. Also got charged for an extra day and still no compensation for the dolly. He called his brother and had to ask what to do he want even aware of the u-haul policy at all!! 1/10 for me just be I did get to use the truck. Other than that custom service sucks and if you don’t bring a male they’ll try to get over on you.
