Ms. Brandy was excellent she was patient and nice..she also hooked the trailer up for me and when I came back to drop off I was struggling to park she came out and helped me with no hesitation and unhooked the trailer for me..she’s a good person and we need more people in the world like her.. if for any reason I need the services of U-Haul again I will be coming back to this location hands down
