I did my pickup through the app. It was pretty easy overall. I also used the app for my drop off, and again, it was fairly simple. I was a little concerned about using an app cause sometimes they don’t really work well, but the U-Haul app worked without a hitch..(no pun intended)…Thanks, I will use it again.
David LSome of the seating in the truck that I was using had some tares in the seats. ( The middle & passenger seats) other then that I enjoyed the young last that assisted me with purchasing the truck, she had a very unique and nice professional personality & if I needed to rent another U-haul I would like to work with her again
