They offer a dolly. I didn’t revive the dolly & then when it was time to turn it the their amateur GREG didnt answer to help get my money back for the dolly I didn’t get bc they where busy and only have. 2 worked working. Also got charged for an extra day and still no compensation for the dolly. He called his brother and had to ask what to do he want even aware of the u-haul policy at all!! 1/10 for me just be I did get to use the truck. Other than that custom service sucks and if you don’t bring a male they’ll try to get over on you.

UNA MThe cashier changed my reservation to 6pm instead of 4 hours. It was 6.5 hours. He charged me for gas when I actually put gas in the vehicle. When I told him to refund me for the unused hours and the gas. He said he will not and it doesn’t matter how long I use it that when I use it I should have taken it for the day. I told him to refund me for the unused miles he told me he can’t do that either. Scam
