It was not very easy to know exactly where to go to pick up the U-Haul. They didn’t tell me until I arrived that they don’t supply furniture pads, so I didn’t get the furniture pads that I ordered. Finally, I was struggling with getting my vehicle on the tow dolly and I am almost certain there were people watching that could have assisted at least a little and they chose not to.

Mary WGood night they did not have the furniture dolly that I ordered and confirmed that same day. I had to go buy one which was disappointing.
WILLIAM BI originally reserved the wrong size trailer. The u-haul representative in Junction City helped me correct the reservation. We had to pick up in Clay Center due to high demand. Everyone was very helpful and the streamlined process made the process easier.
